@zafartalks Damn that weirdly looks like me
Doctors should be checking nutrition, sleep and exercise first before anything else, but they don't have the time (and resources) to do that So it's kinda their fault we have a society that's so overmedicated, but also not their fault because they don't really have a choice My dad's a retired cardiologist, when he started his career he said he had 1 hour to talk to a patient, when he retired that had become 5 minutes!
@hillaryfox Yes!!!
@itsjustfil_ @woocassh @frederickjames Also from your ava your hair looks very flat which is exactly the issue with shampoo
@itsjustfil_ @woocassh @frederickjames I just philosophically don't believe you need to wash your hair with anything, my hair smells great, and the oils cleans itself and wash away with water
@nosilverv Also I am mostly barefoot (indoors) and now I got Birkenstock cause after meeting you thought about those wide shoes and the issues regular shoes give I only wear Air Force One's but they have the same issue although quite flat so pretty good for sports shoes Anyway I feel sandals are best cause they let your feet breathe and don't force them together If they worked for Jesus....
@mrtbgz 100%
@nurullah_kuus I'd love to see what you eat in a day and your exercise
@nosilverv I'm very esoteric and bio :D Everything I have now is linen or leather or wool and some cotton I call myself a biocapitalist to distinguish myself from the bio hippies who are commie
Head & Shoulders is proven to cause itchy scalp and dandruff as it dries out your scalp You can get off shampoo fully, you just need to only use water and wait about 3 months I think for your natural oils to recover First it will be TOO oily and then balance Also it's related to your diet, if you eat clean and exercise your hair looks great If you eat processed junk and don't, your hair will look dry and dead And water types can also affect it, more minerals and salt and calcium in water gives my hair MORE volume and style While clean demineralized water makes my hair flat In Bali I had very funky hair it almost looked like hard deep fried Chiang Mai noodles because the tap water is so salty! Kinda like surfer's hair, I loved it

@brink_ward It's not a mistake It's because Cloudflare won't take down football streams out of principle
@gossipaddress Thanks dude! Let me know what else to add

@frederickjames Damn we the same I manage to sleep together now by buying a huge bed 2 meters by 2 meters (very hard to get in Portugal, we had to import it, avg width here is 140cm! Imagine sleeping in that Also underwear is bs, I wear linen shorts, that helps me avoid overheating And shampoo is bs too, I always get compliments about my hair being soft and fluffy and it's cuz I don't use shampoo!
@poweroverthink @thijsmakes can help you!

It's 2026 and Spain still blocks Cloudflare IPs so Spanish people can't visit my sites because there's a football game on and the Spanish football league LaLiga then makes Spanish ISPs block all Cloudflare IPs Craaaazy right? https://t.co/YhhX6qGttt
@LeoBuilds_ Maybe because of Spain's Cloudflare block? Is there a football game?
@kainex_y @alexanderrX_ It's so dumb
@LeoBuilds_ Interesting, which country?
@_kaitodev Yessss :D
Nice to see people liking this! I also added shareable query params now so you can share for example the 💸 income map with 👩💻 coworkings, 🧘yoga studios and 🤸pilates studios with your friends to choose where to stay or live in a city: https://t.co/Qpkb1HX6kO Those are indicators of nice safe neighborhoods usually Obviously the dream and the ideal is all areas of a city will be nice and safe for everyone, but I think for that to happen you first need to know which parts are bad For very long Google has been hiding this kinds of data from Maps because it'd be too politically sensitive, I get it, it's a big public company, so it's easier for me to do it There was this tweet that showed Google Maps staff actively would route people through very dangerous neighborhoods just to "improve them", I get the idea there but I don't think that works, and I think it's dangerous, imagine walking through those streets with your kids I think data about cities like this should be transparent and available so then people can use the data to move to the good places and municipalities can improve cities. That'd mean social programs (like cities do now), but also enforcing clean and liveable streets (like many cities don't do now) for their tax payers This used to be a problem you'd only see in Los Angeles, San Francisco and places like Brazil. Now it's all over Europe too. We're in a down cycle of cities with more junkies and homeless in many cities worldwide, and people feeling less safe, kinda like the 1970s and 1980s! So I hope Hoodmaps helps improve cities with data!
@Pandurevich @klaurson @airthings He was sarcastic!
@nifal_adam @airthings That's healthy yes You regulate your body temperature by sticking your head out and one foot out Not joking!
@BillyMericano @airthings Yep, I should pre-cool the AC earlier I think
@Basileus_X Difficult for 1500+ cities in 200 countries
@_tomas_dev @alex_borkin @bchesky I usually know a company is going to shit when the founders stop replying on X
@s2imon Thanks dude :D
@bersoriano https://t.co/3IBqZHe3RF
@alexanderrX_ Make sure you replace that Ninja black plate inside with a stainless steel one It's some dodgy material
@VStojoc @alex_borkin @bchesky I wish it was this complex But Airbnb's problem is super simple They hide negative reviews
@l3d1c Yes I love his project!!
@nunowar Very cool, I'd pick a diff ava photo personally. Ask your friends which is best!!
@JaimePichardoG Add more data please!
@arithmoquine Thank you man
@iamjasonlevin Nice ragebait bro, 6 minutes????
@MeikTranel Did you just compliment me for not being a cunt?
@BrainBarian Fixed now thanks!
@robbertleusink Ja! CBS data https://t.co/j5bGHzs7ZE
@Basileus_X It's not outdated, it's 9 to 12 months old at any moment
@frederickjames Oh awesome!! I'll add income data now for European cities too
Strava's data is quite protected so I couldn't index it for Hoodmaps But the good thing is the US Census data publishes median income level and the data is very fresh and accurate, so I added it to 🗺️ https://t.co/2R4tRNJF0z So now you can switch to [ 💰 Income mode ] and instantly see wealth or lack of wealth concentrated
@alex_borkin @bchesky what are you doing?
@shane_a_lynn @NorbertDragan This was in Portlaoise
@NorbertDragan I had to explain my taxi driver it was customary in Irish and European culture the taxi driver gets out of the car, opens the back and helps load the luggage in the trunk He didn't want to Not Irish of course
@stulangriv @sergeynazarovx Fair yes, I mean dumber than ever in my lifetime
@CTRBooster75 @TabetKevin Ask Claude Code or whatever AI you have to optimize your code that writes to SQLite and it will fix it 300 writes is nothing!
@inababi Man crazy I wonder what they do at CIA
@kkomelin No, watch the video, you will see the target temperature 18, and the sensor temperature 18.2 and then my sensor temperature 22!
@0xdasha It shows the sensor temperature on the wall, see the video It's 18.2C on sensor, the target is 18, the actual temperature is 22 and yes it will stop at sensor 18 meaning maybe 21.8C final if lucky
@inababi Craaazyyyyy but makes sense to recruit the smartest
@inababi Yes! I heard on Theo Von this week those programs in US were for CIA???
@perryroper Marriott is classic DEI ESG woke, avoid
Yes it does This is my home AC in bedroom set to 16°C measured with @airthings sensor Whether you like 16°C or not isn't the point The point is my AC at home doesn't lie about the room temperature like most European hotel ACs categorically do to save money https://t.co/zR0aC9ZFfN
@fedemas I like Italy but it's poor
@BuySellBA They won't (in Europe)
Maybe a better chart https://t.co/7FdeIzbYQU
@dnapway Yes averages do work like that
@hi_gaganthakur I wrote about everything in https://t.co/T0D5Y7hUKa
@fedemas I wouldn't call Italy rich https://t.co/DRMKj1GSC2
@hi_gaganthakur No but you can scrape my site https://t.co/LfO6sIAyjo
@jelmerdeboer Ik wil dat jij mijn Vencoconsumptie er buiten houdt, dat is privéinformatie en slecht voor mijn imago
@TsilisCh Yep ALWAYS!!!
General functioning of society seems to be highly related to IQ levels East Asia rules supreme on just almost never losing your luggage East Asia also has the highest IQ in the world Korea IQ: 107 China IQ: 105 Japan IQ: 105 While a Spanish, British and Indian airline loses the most Spain IQ: 102 UK IQ: 100 India IQ: 98 https://t.co/asUq4kSIPe
@Chrisgormley I mean how do I do that while sleeping 😂
@jelmerdeboer Auteur van Eet Geen Troep ^
@AlexanderNL Por favor 🥹
@fedemas Studies show the optimal sleep temperature is 18°C Above 23°C people start to struggle You probably have sleep deprivation but are unaware which affects your productivity and health in the day You live in Italy, a poor country, which might be rich if it cooled more, like Singapore did!
@mgrisoli To me it's a ridiculous concept @theannalux is an Italian citizen (thus Schengen), is a Portuguese resident, and has her 84 year old grandma from Southern Brazil visiting Portugal and Brazil have a tourist visa waiver There is no reason she has to write an invitation letter to her grandma and get it notarized
@martindonadieu We're in a macro down cycle as Europeans Not much to do about it than wait for the up cycle Maybe in 20-30 years!
If you wanna figure this out Get the @airthings air quality and temperature sensor (all in one) Not affiliated or paid but I love their product
@TheDealMakerGuy Yep they're ordered to do that by their boss to save money
@javilop Not being strong enough is one thing Misleading and lying to hotel guests with fake temperature displays is another!
@marcos_placona It kinda does yes It means you're not a broke low quality immigrant coming here for free money You can pay for yourself
@mgrisoli It's all such a fucking joke
The minimum AC in European hotels is often 22°C which effectively means 26°C with the +4°C "eco offset" So no
I think it's very simple Immigration staff has to make certain quotas like "pick out 10 people per day for extra checks" This comes from the government trying to be more strict on low quality immigration like the Ceuta invasion But they also want an easy job, and doing checks on potentially violent people where they might be accused of being a racist after (remember Europeans biggest fear is being called a racist due to WW2) means high risk Weak or old people do not pose any threat or risk and you can't be accused of being a racist if they're white, so a weak white grandma is the perfect hit to 1) hit your quota, 2) keep an easy job, 3) take no risk
@zmbnski No, population isn't collapsing yet but it just started
@sergeynazarovx It's not a bias now though People are dumber than ever
Hotel ACs in Europe are now designed to show it being about 4°C/9°F colder in your room than it really is The difference there is if you put it at 20°C, it'll actually be 24°C! This is a product feature sold to hotels so they can save money on energy while tricking guests into thinking it's colder than it really is "It must be only me thinking it's hot here?" No it's not you! It's hotel AC displays lying to you!
@PierreJoye Nah it's real I was there
I feel this highly correlates with the general enshittification of everything Intelligence and competence is more rare than ever
"Your grandma in business class doesn't provide jobs for police, social workers, prison guards, translators, judges and most importantly doesn't vote for our traitors in charge." So true!
@gomeganow @theannalux 💯
Choose carefully https://t.co/DkMNmD2rwX
@DanielLockyer @gregisenberg Body pic or gtfo ;)
@wlmiddelkoop @tobi "Yes, Arch Linux can run inside DOSBox-X if you boot a lightweight, old-school Linux distribution designed for 16-bit or 386/486 real-mode/protected-mode DOS extenders (like ELKS or old 386-era Linux kernels), but a modern full Arch Linux installation cannot run because DOSBox-X emulates x86 DOS environments rather than a complete modern PC architecture"
@wlmiddelkoop @tobi If you can get Omarchy to run on Windows XP (maybe inside DOSBox-X)? Then it can work :D
